In 2002, The 11-10-02 Foundation set out to evolve from 'proving there is value in anyone and anything' to 'proving there is value in nothing.' To do this, the organization's founder, writer Greg Forbes Siegman , promoted the Premiere of a film that 'literally did not exist.' The event was hyped with sponsors, posters, signs, ads and invitations - all promoting something that did not exist! Satisfied that people had come to believe in something that did not exist, Greg then agreed to put together something to actually show them at the Premiere -- making a 'rough draft' video using a portion of one of his not-yet-made scripts with his friends and the Foundation's beneficiaries playing the roles. The video was shown at the "Premiere" on November 10, 2002 (11-10-02) at Loews Cineplex Entertainment in Chicago, Illinois. The One Night Only video and November event, entitled 11-10-02.com, raised funds for The 11-10-02 Foundation.
